The training curriculum invited several experts as lecturers, including Liu, Xiaokun, Director and Officer of the Suzhou Municipal Ecological Environment Bureau, Guo, Yanbin, Researcher at the Beijing Machinery Industry Automation Research Institute, Zhang, Zimin, Director of the Electron Accelerator Center at the Institute of Modern Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Li, Linfan, Researcher at the Department of Applied Chemistry, Shanghai Institute of Applied Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Qi, Wenyuan, Former General Manager of Shanghai Shu'en Radiation Technology Co., Zhang, Jian, Researcher at the Institute of Ionizing Radiation Metrology, China Institute of Metrology, Wu, Bingbing, Manager of the After-Sales Service Department, and Wang, Ran, Manager of the Production Department, both from China Guangdong Nuclear Power Corporation's Dasheng Accelerator Technology Co. The training program covered eight aspects, including accelerator basics, polymer radiation crosslinking and its applications, accelerator irradiation for disinfection and sterilization, accelerator technology standards, ionizing radiation dosimetry, radiation protection and regulatory requirements, as well as maintenance and operation of key accelerator components.

During the opening ceremony, Zhou, Yuedong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Guangdong Nuclear Power Corporation's Dasheng Accelerator Technology Co. stated that this training curriculum not only provided a platform for communication among accelerator-related enterprises but also served as a valuable industry trend analysis conference. He emphasized that it would further strengthen the technological support of the industry, expand relevant application scenarios, and provide continuous driving force for the high-quality development of the accelerator industry.

During the closing ceremony, Tan, Guoqing, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of China Guangdong Nuclear Power Corporation's Dasheng Accelerator Technology Co. expressed the hope to share opportunities and achieve win-win development with industry partners, contributing to the development of the industry and its supply chain.

The training curriculum was comprehensive and integrated theoretical knowledge with practical case studies. It also included a Q&A session where experts and technical personnel addressed the participants' questions and discussed pain points encountered in accelerator operation. The atmosphere was lively and engaging. The training allowed the participants to gain a deeper understanding of electron accelerator equipment and its application theory, enhanced their overall awareness of accelerator standards, radiation dosimetry, and safety protection, and also provided them with the correct operation and maintenance skills for accelerators. This would help reduce daily operating costs for enterprises and also provided an opportunity for face-to-face interactions among electron accelerator professionals. The industry association awarded training certificates to the participants.
